Jasmin Farshi brings over 25 years of executive technical leadership experience across the consumer electronics, manufacturing, mobile, aerospace, nuclear, and automotive industries. Most recently, Jasmin was Vice President of Engineering for Operations at Amazon, managing a team of over 200 professionals that developed and scaled new products from the initial concept and prototype to the production of millions of units. Jasmin pioneered modular robotics for automating manufacturing leveraging ML, AI, and LLM. She successfully drove the modular robotics strategy among executives and deployed it across contract manufacturers, resulting in lights-out factory operations and near 100% throughput for several portfolio products that set a new industry standard.

 

Before Amazon, Jasmin held senior roles at Motorola, responsible for product design, business management, strategy, quality, and customer relations. Jasmin led the streamlining of product go-to-market requirements, including cradle-to-grave processes, resulting in significant P&L improvements by accurately forecasting launch dates, functionality, and cost.

 

Jasmin holds an M.S. and B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
