Faie Dorin joined Cota in 2021 and is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Cota, Faie served as Associate General Counsel for GE’s growth and innovation business comprised of GE Ventures, GE Licensing and New Business Creation. GE Ventures invested in and partnered with the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Healthcare, Energy, Software and Advanced Manufacturing, and started, grew, and incubated companies via its New Business Creation unit. Previously, Faie was an attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, a global law firm.

Faie received a B.A. from Rice University in English and Psychology and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
