Kim DeCarlis is a seasoned go-to-market executive with a unique combination of product marketing, brand building, and high-tech sales experience from Fortune 500 companies to startups. She has provided customer-focused marketing leadership for public and private B-to-B technology companies resulting in customer momentum, influencer recognition, and revenue growth.
Kim most recently served as the CMO of PerimeterX, a Series D software company that nearly quadrupled its ARR during her tenure, prior to its merger with HUMAN Security. Before that, she served as CMO of Gigamon, a provider of network traffic management solutions; the CMO at Imperva, a data and application security solutions company; and VP of Worldwide Marketing/CMO for BMC Software, a business services management solution provider. Early career experience includes marketing leadership roles at Citrix Systems, IRI, Saba, Documentum, and sales roles at IBM. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Model N (NYSE:MODN), the leader in cloud revenue management solutions, the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, and Girls in Tech.
Kim received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
