Gabi Schindler joined Cota Capital as Chief Marketing Officer in 2021. Gabi has led marketing and communications for companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. She has launched and marketed iconic B2B and B2C hardware and software products, including Apple’s first notebooks, Newton, a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, and the industry’s first smartphones.
Prior to Cota, Gabi was a Partner and CMO at Sansa Advisors, a leading M&A advisory firm, the CMO of Nexmo, a cloud communications platform company (acquired by Vonage), and CMO of Amobee, a mobile advertising technology company (acquired by SingTel). As CMO of Saba, Gabi helped the company become a leading HCM platform company; and as Senior Vice President for Global Marketing at PalmSource, she launched the first smartphones with Samsung, Sony, Palm, Kyocera, and Handspring, and played an instrumental role in PalmSource’s IPO. As the VP of Marketing at AT&T, Gabi managed att.com and led branding and marketing initiatives to demonstrate the company’s ability to innovate. Gabi was also Apple’s Senior Director of Global Public Relations, responsible for global PR initiatives, product launches, messaging, and employee communications.
